User installations
include a radio and a router with one email address per connection. Additional mailboxes are available to purchase. If
the customer premises is rented or leased, written permission for
installation of equipment, from the owner or manager, must be obtained 48
hours prior to the installation. Installation fee is non refundable. All
equipment remains the sole property of Lightning Connect. The customer is
responsible for providing suitable conditions for equipment installation,
which includes, a clean area with AC power that is not susceptible to
brownouts or surges.
